Property Cloud Group brings together 1 Real Estate and sister brand 5 Real Estate. The brands have their own teams and selling models, with wider management, marketing, systems and administrative support across the Group.

| Seller — exclusive | 1% + IVA | €250 legal contribution if the seller chooses the recommended legal partner. |
| Seller — non-exclusive | 1.5% + IVA | For sellers who prefer several agencies. |
| Buyer | 1% + IVA | Add the €2,000 + IVA minimum only if it remains contractually applicable. |
